Intro to Contemporary Papermaking with Cara Lynch

In-studio: Friday, August 1 - Saturday, August 2, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

This two-day workshop offers an introduction to papermaking as a creative medium. Students will learn how to pull sheets of paper, and basic pulp painting, stenciling, and collaging techniques, and have the opportunity to learn about a selection of artworks from the Dieu Donné archive. This class includes substantial open studio time for hands-on creation and experimentation. No papermaking experience required.
